Homework 3:

Please implement a frame page that has a 100 pixel banner pane at the top, a 30% navigation pane on the left and has the remainder as a content pane.

In the navigation section: Have your target be the content pane. At least one of your navigation links must be an image. You should have a mix of relative an absolute addressing.
